Dr. Alice Preetha is a mental health professional, author, and personal transformation expert with formal academic qualifications in Counselling Psychology and Organizational Psychology. She holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Counselling Psychology and a PhD in Human Resource Management and Organizational Psychology, enabling her to work at the intersection of emotional wellbeing, workplace psychology, and leadership development.
Her work integrates emotional healing, mindset development, and applied organizational insight to support individuals, couples, and professionals navigating psychological distress, relationship challenges, career transitions, burnout, and leadership pressures with clarity and steadiness.
Her approach is grounded in evidence-based psychological frameworks, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), and Emotional Intelligence–informed interventions.
